Single Cloud Closure Notice for Malaysia Cloud This serves as announcement that GMO Cloud America Inc. has decided to discontinue the Malaysia cloud server, due to the low demand for this particular cloud. The remaining Japan and Japan-Green clouds will remain untouched. Service Affected Only the Malaysia cloud. Servers running on the Malaysia cloud will need to be migrated. End date for Malaysia Cloud services August 31, 2015 (Japan Standard Time) / August 31, 2015 (USA Pacific Time) Just the Malaysia cloud will be shut down. Please be informed that before August 31, 2015, you need to take a backup of all your data, migrate to other services, and change any DNS setting(s). What needs to be done for servers on the Malaysia cloud: As templates and backups cannot be downloaded, you will need to transfer the server(s) data and settings to another server and/or your computer. This will take time to transfer, so we suggest starting the process as soon as possible. For DNS settings changes, remember that it can take up to 24 hours for the change to propagate through the internet.
